Yes, all products are in stock in our Sydney warehouse and ready for dispatch unless stated otherwise.  

If an item is out of stock, please fill in your email at the checkout so you will be automatically informed when a product comes back in stock.

You're able to purchase without an account, however, you'll be given the option to create one when you checkout. We recommend this as you'll be able to save your delivery address, view your past orders and save time when ordering in the future.

Unless otherwise stated, these codes will work on full priced items for a limited period. Some further exclusions may apply.

You can apply your discount code from your shopping cart. 

Codes will not be honored past the advertised expiration date. Codes are only valid on advertised products and in the region in which it is advertised. We reserve the right to not honor any code that was not distributed through our own advertising (email, social, etc.) and orders may be cancelled if a code is misused.

Should you choose to cancel your order before it ships, please contact mary.kim@musee.today and someone will cancel your order for you and confirm by email..

Please be sure to have your unique reference number stated in your order confirmation at hand to make this process easier for you.

Only one discount code can be used for each purchase. We suggest you apply the discount code with the highest value or which expires the earliest and save the other for your next purchase.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) not available.

Difficulty in processing your payment information.

We cannot ship to address provided.

A duplicate order was placed.

Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.


Most of our designs are available in S, M and L, some in further sizes. A few garments have only one size for all.

musée.today currently only ships within Australia and New Zealand. We’re planning to ship to further countries soon.

Important notice about your order: There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order.

Note: musée.today explicitly reserves the right not to accept your order and to cancel the Purchase.

All garments are designed in Australia and apart from a few exceptions they are manufactured in Australia as well.

We are passionate about supporting the Australian fashion industry wherever possible. Local production results in shorter production cycle times, allows smaller quantities of unique items and ensures high quality finishes.

We're based in Sydney and all orders are packed and sent from our Sydney warehouse. A pick-up from the warehouse is not possible.

Our jewellery is made from brass and plated with either gold or silver. It does not contain lead or nickel. We do not use GS, a base metal used in cheaper jewellery, which is the usual irritant for the skin.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

We will always accept returns for goods that are damaged when they are delivered. 

In that case, similarconditions apply here as we have for our clothing.

Please fill in theReturns Form and return the jewellery in the original packaging to protect it during postage. Returns must reach us within 14 days after ordering to qualify for a return.

Keep your jewellery separately in cloth bags to protect it from scratching and accidental damage.

Chemicals are the natural enemy of jewellery, so to clean it, use a soft cloth, mild detergent and warm water.

Plated jewellery should not be treated with silver or brass polishing cloths or liquids. 

Apply perfume, lotions and make-up before you put on your jewellery. 

Best to remove your jewellery before swimming in the ocean or pools.

With proper care your jewellery will give you years of wear.
